Domaine du Colombier - cave viticole - Ardeche
Location
Located in the immediate vicinity of the Village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the Domaine du Colombier stretches over 80 hectares, bordered to the South, over more than a kilometre, by the River Ardèche.

The sols
The sols silty-sandy soils are reserved for the red wines, to which they bring freshness and lightness. On the older "terraces" of the Ardèche, the sols clay-calcareous contribute, for their part, to the subtlety and charpente of the Merlot and Syrah varieties. Finally, it is from the clay-silty côteaux, which are stonier, that the white Viognier draws all the complexities of its bouquet.
