Our production
"Wine deserves respect!" likes to remind us Philippe Walbaum, whose
intonations and imaged language enchant all who meet him. Above all, this strong-willed man is a vigneron who has a fascination for his art, a lover
and a champion of the wine-growing traditions of his beautiful region of the Ardèche.

A blend of Syrah, Grenache for the reds, to be enjoyed young and cool (15 - 16°) with meats, barbecues, cheeses... Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan make up the rosé, which is made by way of saignée, a rosé that is fabulous for all your summer dishes. To be served between 9 and 10°. |

Cuvée SYRAH |

Exclusively made from Syrah. Reminiscent of red fruits (cherries, blackberries) and sweet spices, with an underriding scent of smoked notes. This Cuvée has a fruity and velvety taste, which makes it sophisticated and well rounded. How to drink it? It will be enjoyed most with a flavoured lamb, a chicken with girolles or with a 'lapin chasseur'. |

A white wine made solely with Viognier, a very old cépage of the Northern Côtes-du-Rhône from which the great white wines of Condrieu are issued. A policy of very light rendements (25 to 30 hl/ha) made exclusively with the 'première presse' so as to preserve all its aromatic nuances of citrus fruits and honey. |

100% Grenache, a salmon-like robe, frank and limpid, with orange reflets. An elegant and lingering taste of fresh, white skinned fruits. A harmonious balance between acidity and velvet. A slightly acidulated Final and a good aromatic persistance.
Very good for the apéritif, this is a rosé which will set of beautifully all your dishes and summer desserts. |
